That's probably because he could be of (Pardo) Brazilian descent, who came to Portugal after the the diaspora of ex-colonials.

I have no idea what percentage of the population in Portugal do Brazilians make up to, but Brazilians are the biggest minority. It is further easier for ex-colonials to claim to be Portuguese, under Portuguese citizenship, since the naturalization process of ex-colonials in Portugal is under Jus Solis.

And yes, people in this type of forums create new accounts and then post the atypical examples of a country, under a new alias, to see the reaction or to transmit the wrong idea to the public.

Anyone that does not look much Euro cannot be native to Iberia.Blonds are European.Iberia Is In Europe.Europe Is blond,brown,red,black and shades in between.
No one In Iberia perceives the Idea that we're blonds,Iberians are proud People.Proud of our heritage and of what we are.
As a matter of fact,foreigner posters are the ones always trying to transmit the wrong picture about Iberians.
