I agree he is mainly aryan but he has a tendecy to kurganoid type (which give him a slighty eastern vibe) but he overall looks rather French or German , due to a slight alpinadmixture that soften his features.Overall predominantly aryan.
Scandinavians are mainly borreby r bruenn (Or Troender) they look quite different from this guy,despite having a similar pigmentation.

He can pass in Northern and Central Italy, but even people of Southern origins can look like Luca Dotto.
