PRISTINA – Radio Television of Kosovo 2 will start to broadcast its program on Serbian and on the languages of other minorities, reported B92. Deputy of the Director of RTK, Anamari Repic, stated that everything is ready for the start of this new channel. On June 3., RTK 2 will start to broadcast its program, mostly on Serbian, about 85%, while the remaining 15% are reserved for the other minorities.

Head Office of RTK 2 is in Pristina, although the representatives of Serbian journalists demanded Office to be situated in Gracanica.

Repic also stated that channel’s main themes will be everyday happenings, political analysis, regional events, debates and such. For working on new channel there is a great interest of people, and most of them who applied to work are Serbs.

Of course they have done that before...Before and after the independance. Also in Turkish language for the turkish minority...

And as you can see even so serbs reject Kosova, we still give them some TV programs in their language, look how good we are, we don't sack people for being serb, something that they have done before the war.

Not just in Turkish but also in Bosnian and in Romani.

Now the Serbs are getting a public channel of their own,not just some extra programs
