Belarus and Hungary are discussing the possibility of creating joint tourist products. This theme was high on the agenda of a delegation of Belarus’ Ministry of Sport and Tourism headed by Director of the Tourism Department Vadim Karmazin during a visit to Hungary on 5-6 June, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
On 5 June Hungary’s Ministry of National Economy hosted a meeting of the Belarusian-Hungarian working group on tourism created by the decision of the bilateral intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation. The meeting participants discussed the tourist possibilities of the two countries, considered the issues of marketing and investment in tourism, creating joint tourist products. The Belarusian delegation made a presentation of the 2014 IIHF World Championship.
