To me it's more alpine...maybe the fat-chin may mislead.
I don't know the original hair color, btw.

I don't think this, he look basically alpinoid and not proper ''nordic'' as the finns...a common look about native ethnic lombards (unfortunately, only 27% of population of Lombardy).

Cromagno-alpinoid/Borreby. Reminds me a bit of the US-Rapper Necro.

Slightly resembles Polish rapper Tede but it could be just because both are a little bit overweight. Both are Borreby I think.

This last one look ubereastern, especially in the eye region...but yes, there are some resemblances.
I think he has Baltic eyes, that's why. Lombard is more Alpine shifted but can pass as slightly atypical Pole.

He doesn't look Nordic to me. Looks typical for his region, the north part of South Europe.
Outside Lombardy, he could probably fit in Central Europe and even parts of the Balkans (not being senseless).

Yeah France for sure. By Central Europe, my definition included France on my previous post. As for Iberia, probably the NW part. Within Iberia, Northern/Borreby influences are probably highest in this zone. Not saying they are Nordic, because they are still Southern Europeans.
