Let us know :)
I am - being an Afrikaner. Left South Africa 13 years ago. Would be interesting to see how my future kids would deal with being a naturalized diasporan (my made-up word that doesn't exist in the dictionary  ).
My family has been in South Africa since 1666 (paternal records). Although being primarily of Dutch descent, Afrikaners have also taken in quite a lot of English blood - something they don't always realise - or want to accept. I have found this out via genetic results and also researching genealogy. So in that sense, I have returned to the land of my ancestors.
300 years ago, my ancestors were also a diaspora when they went to Africa. So for me this is a return. Weird ...
What's your story? :)
