Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...chocolate!!!! :love::jump0000:

What's your favourite? Milk chocolate, semi-sweet, white, dark? Just plain or with nuts, fruit, nougat, caramel? From which country: England, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, USA, etc?

Though I've never met a chocolate I didn't like :rolleyes:, my tastes usually run to the plain and simple: A Cadbury Dairy Milk (which can beat the pants off of Belgian or Swiss chocolate any day in my books) or a Snickers, Kit-Kat or Twix bar if I feel like having something quite 'junky'. I used to eat Malted Milk chocolate bars when I was younger but our stores don't seem to stock them anymore. :( And I remember Caravan bars as well. My Mom used to like those way back when, yet I've not seen one of those in ages! Oh and I like those broomsticks too: chocolate-covered marshmallows.

So how about you? Got chocolate? :p

Cheers!...Aemma

I like Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars & Hershey's Kisses. Around Easter the stores have Cadbury's chocolate Easter candy.

I also typically start my day with Ovaltine. I know, it's pathetic at my age.

Dark chocolate only! :thumb001: Don't destroy the health benefits or the great taste by adding milk. :mad:

I usullly buy this Swedish brand which is somewhat cheap .

The high end brands often cost twice or three times as much. ;/

Another chocaholic here :love::D!

Plain milk chocolate is my favorite. I don't like it when they add nuts and other things, I want as much chocolate as possible :tongue!

I have to confess: my favorite chocolate brand is Lindt :D.

I'm not such a great fan of chocolate bars, I usually prefer semi-sweet stuff such as lemon pie, cheese cake, etc.

However, one kind of chocolate I like is Cadbury's fruit & nut, Lila Pause, Kinder Happy Hippo :D...that kind of thing. I also like pralines.

Anything made by Kinder is good. Terry's chocolate orange does the job too. And Galaxy chocolate always hits the spot.

"Mozart's Balls" :D

But why do they have to wrap them up in that stupid foil? By the time you've managed to peel one of the things, some of the chocolate will already have melted on your fingers.

I also like the Belgian seashell-shaped stuff, I forget the name, but my grandma sometimes feeds me some when I visit her.

I absolutely adore Kinder Surprise eggs! I usually buy them for Yule and Ostara (Easter) as a little something to do while we're having our meal. It's just lots of fun. Though I admit I'm always bummed out when I get a puzzle. :cry2...I feel soooo short changed. I soon get over it of course...I am an adult after all (well most times :D).

One year for Yule, I bought each of the men in my life one of those big Kinder Surprise eggs. The toy inside wasn't bad, one was a 'magic box' where you could make a coin disappear. I don't remember what the other one was though. :( But what fun though.

I've learned through a German friend of mine that the European eggs differ from those shipped to Canada and South America. And I've also learned that none are to found in the USA since they've never passed the Food and Drug Administration's tests since they contain an inedible product (the toy within). Too bad. :(

I've also learned through my friend that the toys are huge collectors' items out his way. So I've started saving some of mine. (Yes, I'm part pack rat too :D)

Lots of fun though...thanks for the reminder, Maidz. I need to pick some up!

Cheers!...Aemma

Ohhhh my favorite is Dove chocolate, I have adored it since childhood!

I never liked dark chocolate, so I don't know about that but the milk chocolate is to die for! :thumb001:

I have a terrific sweet tooth, and I must have at least a small piece of chocolate everyday. :D I like most chocolate, except dark chocolate or the really cheap, grainy varieties. My absolute favourite brand, See's, is sadly unavailable here in Europe, though. :mad:
