Does this man look fully Ghanian?

Well known British tv/radio presenter, who's name is Reggie Yates, raised in England. I don't think he looks particularly fully Ghanian, although this is his ethnicity. Most people from Ghana who I have ever seen, have tended to be very dark, probably one of the darkest countries on average in Africa. Also, Reggie and Yates don't sound like very African names to me.

I think he looks like a typical Jamaican/West Indian, or like someone who was a quarter/half European.

No, he doesn't look fully Ghanaian. Looks like a mulatto. With the surname Yates, he might be partly English, Scottish, or even Irish. There is NO way Yates is an Akan surname.
