This is actually the issue that concerns me the most. Iran's currency has also plummetted due to the harsh sanctions that NATO/EU+ Japan has put in place against them.

The relief to Syria might work for a while, but unless suitable alternative for trade are found, the countries will have a hard time keeping up their authonomous stance.
