If the population is around 1,739,825, then CBR is almost 16. Which is high for Europe maybe even around the level of Ireland but not even close to African standards you Russian slut.

Russia is the only eastern european country which is a net importer of human trafficing while the rest especially albania are all exporters of trafficing.

In Russia, according to the report about a million people working under exploitative conditions, including immigrants from Europe, Central Asia and Asia. Among them were up to 15,000 North Koreans in Siberian labor camps. Their use has been agreed between the Russian and North Korean government. In addition, the government let the victims of human trafficking who were stranded in the country in the lurch.

War has nothing to do with it, if anything, war should have produced a small baby boom in years after it's finished. I'd like to see the data per year, back in the 90's there were up to 60k children born if I'm not mistaken.
It's explainable. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographic_transition
Congrats on becoming part of civilized Europe.

Kosovo currently has the youngest population in Europe, with a fertility estimated by the Census Bureau of 2.4 children per woman. [2] As recently as 1990, [3] Kosovo's population structure resembled those of countries like Haiti, and was in stark contrast to the rest of Serbia [4] and other European countries. In recent years, however, Kosovo's population growth rate has begun to slow and its birth rate has decreased

That's for 2011.
According to this Kosovo population at the end of December 2011 was 1,798,645. So the CBR would even be lower than I posted (not including diasporians.)

The world bank has to be using Kosovar+diasporians for their births calculation which isn't correct because the population of kosova is based without the diasporians (or should be atleast.)
If we assume population in 2012 is around 1,794,303 and births are 27.743 then (27743/1794303 x 1000= 15.46). If we include diasporians than (34763/1794303 x 1000= 19.37.) which isn't correct because if diasporians are included in population than Kosova has well over 2million+ people....

If world bank incl. diaspora in 2011 the CBR would be 19.24 not 18.
