You guessed it right. Yes he's ethnic Portuguese, his name is Marco Paixão and he will be playing in local football club (Śląsk Wrocław).

In the first picture he looks like another person and he reminded me of Costinha, which looks nothing like him on the rest of his pictures

The pictures in the first page look carefully selected to make him look like something he isn't.
I wouldn't have guessed him, as my own, if I did not look at the address bar.
