1 Med mostly with some dinaromorphism and slight alpinization
2 East med/Alpinid
Both southern italians, the 2nd one must be calabrese or sicilian.

Actually from his look I would have thought neapolitan or apulian(I know people from there with a similar look, also the soccer player Miccoli ndr), but his last name is typical from Lombardy and I checked on GENS Info, the distribution of this last name is mostly there with virtually none in the south. He is not typical for Lombardy as darker lombard types are more leptomorphic IMO.

I seriously doubt the second one as full blooded insubrian, sinceraly.
The surname isn't indicative for a big city like Milano; here i know some people with uberpiemontese surnames like Arnaud or Ferrero which are 3/4 sicilians.
Strange look even for a ''black lombard''.

Neapolitan one looks south-mediterranid + alpinid
Lombard one is East med + alpinid
