We have the same skin tome and there are people with negriod features, but something is off about him. So i can say he can't pass in Egypt as typical.

The scond member of Mohmed Ali family, which ruled Egypt, Ibrahim pasha did a campaign over the Levant and he used Egyptians soliders from the Delta and Upper Egypt as well. Some satteled there in different parts of the Levant. So you might meet a Levantine with Egyptian surnames like : ElMasri, El-Saka, El-Nagar, Abou Shabaan, Gergawy, Masarwa, El-Sisi, etc....

There are obviously some Negroid influenced Palestinians but in his case I would say that the Negroid part is below 20%. He looks mainly like a tanned South-Cromagnoid with minor Negroid input.
