Pastore is not a Sicilian name. It is a Southern Italian name. He's likely mixed.

I have seen people like him in Abruzzo and Campania, you are right, Pastore is not sicilian like I thought.

Actually Pastore is an Apulian surname. But that means little or nothing because people with such surname can be found in every region.

Berid + Alpine influence.
Alpinization of Berids seems common among southern italian-americans. Yet the proper, dolichocephalic, mildly prognathic form of Berid/P.Sardinian is rarely seen. Mostly unrelated but I know a guy from Italy who is a textbook Berid and it seems people there often point out of his atypical appearance, primarly due to his lower-rooted nose and mild prognathism. A purer Berid certainly gives an even more exotic look.

Berid. He reminds me of Joey Diaz.
