As a rule of thumb when dealing with the police in the UK if you are arrested, you do not say anything at all the the police, after you have been processed they want to interview you and get you to blab, the only words you say is that you want a solicitor, this they provide free.
After a few hours one is granted time to talk to you and listen to what happened, if the crime is not witnessed and there is no physical evidence to support the police he will instruct you to answer all questions to the them as "no comment".
The only thing that will see you before a judge is that if you have incriminated youself by answering the police without a solicitor.:thumb001:

Coming from a country that is built upon British common-law, ours is the same policy.. However, people let themselves become victims to intimidation in our countries to bully cops who only signed up for the job to push people around instead of fulfilling the merits of a good Peace Officer. But in reference to what you said, what I admire about our western societies is that citizens are protected fundementally from this mis-use of power and people should take full advantage of it. It's basically a universal principle in civilized nations.. Admirers of fascism and socialism in general should take note of this fact..

as in here possession of spraybottles under a certain age, or not having a justifiable cause (on a workplace or such..), is a admission of guilt to every act of spraypaint vandalism within the neighbourhood.

This is law, or maybe it was just attempted... pretty good cause to suspect it was actually hammered thru as the vandalism has been much reduced since.

But damnit, the other two... niggergrass suckers...
pathetic

"The Citizen's Guide to Surviving Police Encounters"..

Who posted this, a black man? Sounds exactly like the black rallying cry...Poor, poor citizens, so abused by the police.

Poor, poor citizens, so abused by the police.

Unfortunately, citizens fall victim to rogue police, as well as cops on a power trip. Many people obey commands without question, no matter who the people are. These people are here to serve and protect their community and uphold their sworn oaths and adhere to them to the absolute. Some will use many, many tricks to get around them, and all too many fall for them.
