Yep. He's ours. There is no way he could be any body else, though I suspect he would pass in Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, and even Lithuania in Czech Republic and Slovakia maybe not as typical but still he would pass.

Yeah, I too think he could fit in neighbour countries (except Germany), but such look is much more common in Poland than anything.
