He is Mexican of Lebanese descent on his father's side and his mother is Mexican but I am unsure of her mixture.

I think he looks very Lebanese.

I think he could fit in the Levant, Greece, and South Italy. Definitely no Amerindian influence.

Quite the opposite. MENAs in general tend to have huge and roundish eyes.
