he can fit in Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, Armenia, Greece or Western Turkey...he has a dinarid vibe....mixed with some armenoid...

Anatolid. Looks very Turkish. Also can pass in some Greek islands, on Cyprus, and in Albania.

Could pass anywhere in Balkans. A lot of old men look like that.
