Does he look more West Med, East Med, or Levantine?

He was in another thread. Peyrol thought he was overly tanned but said without the tan he is "uber Sicilian" looking.

He is Sicilian, from Enna.

I am unsure where he fits, I am asking others' opinions for that reason. All I know is Peyrol said he looked very Sicilian in these pictures.
