I'd probably guess them for German or something of that nature over being Sicilians.

As far as blue eyes go, I was once told (like people have said about Greeks too) that "true" Sicilians were all blue eyed until the Moors took over. I guess people watch too much True Romance :lol: But I do find blue eyes striking and I always remember when I see someone with them especially if from a place where they aren't the most common eye color.
