I read Yemenis stay thin because they chew khat, which acts as an appetite suppressant.

I have a BMI of 20-21

The fact that many of the BMIs seem to be over 25 concerns me. It's overweight, what a shame people have to be unhealthy nowadays...

BMI does not determine what countries are fattest and skinniest as the Tittle indicates.

Some people have larger and/or heavier bones then others. Some people have more muscle mass then others etc. All of these increase the weight of people and does not necessarily correlate to body fat.

Right. I have a BMI just over 25, yet the last time I had my my body fat % measured I got 13.1%.
