I love the sweet ones, I simply adore berries, but I also really like cherries, apples and strawberries.

Grapefruit, l peel them like oranges. Berries off the vine in late summer are also lovely but it's really freshness/quality over the type.

You like Watermelons? They are very popular in Israel during summertime, there are also yellow and orange variations.

Can't stand watermelons, way too sweet and also watery, it's a mix I don't like.
I also despise melons and pumpkins
I mostly like nuts, peanuts, chestnut, almonds (not al all hazelnuts), strawberries, apples, bananas, plums, pears and the juice of pomegranate.

Its really common among all Levantines. During the summer I could go to any gathering among Syrians and Lebanese and they will almost always have watermelon and other fruits out an hour after the main meal. Usually at night.

Sweet cheries, apples, pineapples, blackcurrants (they are very healthy) and melons (these which you can buy in Poland are shitty though). I also like lichees, mangos and grapes.

I like all fruits which I have tried. However, my favorites are cherries, plums, peaches, nectarines, pears, blueberries, mulberries,
mangoes and longan. I am not fond of most apples, except for one variety which was once popular but now is almost unobtainable:
russets. They are delicious but do not keep well.

Love

Apples (the more acidic, cool climate varieties such as Cox's and Elstar - can't stand the overly sweet, yet somehow bland warm climate varieties such as Golden delicious - little flavour, and what is there is bad). Thus I like English apples a lot.
Grapes - preferably red grapes since the skins provide a lot more complex flavours than white grapes. Love any types of grapes though, but prefer seedless ones or ones that are close to seedless (for eating, seeds get in the way).
Strawberries - when grown well they're lovely. A pain in the arse to grow though, requires lots of plants to get a decent crop.
Melons of all types.
Peaches - again, I like the "sharper", more acidic ones with the more complex flavour. I really hate tangy ones and tanginess in general. Can't stand the variety 'Yellow flesh', avoid it like the plague.
Satsumas - easy to peel unlike other oranges, taste great and have few seeds.

Cooler summer climates lead to more complex flavours in fruit, but latter ripening and often more cosmetic damage such as bruising caused by any adverse weather conditions. Being Northern Euro, most fruits grown here are usually quite acidic but this when balanced well with sweetness can create really complex flavours. I find a lot of imported fruit disappointing.

Hate

Pineapple - disgusting stuff, don't know how anyone eats it

Don't usually like exotic fruit. It's usually exotic for a reason - because most westerners don't like it. If they did, then there'd be demand for it as there is for oranges.

I'm not very picky when it comes to fruits, but the exotic ones like pineapple, mango, sharon, passion fruit, anis fruit and other exotic berries are really weird tasting.

I've started to eat tomatoes everyday thanks to some health info from 23andme. I love heirloom tomatoes but they're a little rare. Bought heirloom tomato marinara yesterday. Regular tomatoes aren't as good to me.

Pepino? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solanum_muricatum)I considered getting some seeds myself, but got put off because they take 9 months to grow and may possibly taste less like a melon and more like a cucumber if grown outside in Britain (I hate cucumbers).

Solanum muricatum is a species of evergreen shrub native to South America and grown for its sweet edible fruit.
It is known as pepino dulce ("sweet pepino" in English, in order to differentiate it from cucumber which is also called "pepino" in Spanish) or simply pepino; the latter is also used for similar species such as "S. mucronatum" (which actually seems to belong in the related genus Lycianthes). The pepino dulce fruit resembles a melon (Cucumis melo) in color, and its flavor recalls a succulent mixture of honeydew and cucumber, and thus it is also sometimes called pepino melon or melon pear, but pepinos are only very distantly related to melons and pears. Another common name, "tree melon", is more often used for the Papaya (Carica papaya) though the pepino dulce plant generally does not look much like a tree. The present species is, however, a close relative of other nightshades cultivated for their fruit, including the tomato (S. lycopersicum) and the eggplant (S. melongena), which its own fruit closely resembles.

The dark skinned, purple or black cultivars are supposed to be the healthiest. Same applies to grapes.
