America Is No Longer the Most Obese Country in the World (http://gawker.com/america-is-no-longer-the-most-obese-country-in-the-worl-714151306)

Bad news, patriots: According to a new UN study, (http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-202_162-57592714/mexico-takes-title-of-most-obese-from-america/) America is no longer the most obese country among more populous nations. That honor, which, according to another study, Americans held as recently as March (http://*******/U5OVtQ), now belongs to Mexico.

Roughly 70 percent of Mexicans are overweight and almost one-third are obese. Nearly a third of Mexican teenagers are also obese, a number that has tripled in the last decade alone. The vast majority of those teenagers will remain overweight for their entire lives, the study said, which could lead to weight-related health issues such as diabetes. As many as 70,000 people in Mexico die each year from diabetes, a number "roughly equal to the deaths authorities say are caused by more than six years of the country's gangland wars."

Where do all fat people in the US live anyways? I grew up in small/medium big 90-95% White cities in Michigan, Illnois, Ohio and Indiana. I noticed no difference in obeseness when moving to Stockholm. It's about the same.

Hi Microrobert,
Thanks for the information and like to say obesity was declared as an epidemic in America and to prevent from obesity we must exercise regularly and have balanced nutritive diet meal plan. Avoid skipping meals and break meals in 5/6 small meals including snacks. Prefer raw food over processed food, drink more after than routine and avoid eating before going to bed.

Obesity, the new age American disease is spreading to Latin America. Eventually Europe will get hit too and then the world. -_- i wish more people followed Hypocrates' teachings.
