I don't know about classification, seems too young. The guess is mostly because I remember seeing that pic in some sort of gallery from "Veddoid elements in Pakistan and Balochestan"

Yes, honestly my first thought would have been Oman. They have this mixture of mostly Arabid + Indus Basin (which includes some Veddoid) look with also East African admixture.
