Classify a very typical looking guy

He looks like really, really French. Like Pan-French, typical from SW to NE. I can't place him anywhere else than France. To me he looks slightly more Occitan than Oíl, but the difference between the two groups is small anyways.

He does not look North Italian. He could fit there maybe, but nowhere near being typical.

That would mean that he would look really über British, but I can't see it. I mean he could fit for sure, but not that easy imo. He looks more French despite that the North Atlantid phenotype is way more common among British people.

Atlantic facade of France is where he would be most typical considering his phenotype(Atlantid). But he's very typical all over France, there is not a region in any European country where he would fit better than in France.

North-Central (Burgundy, Orléanais, Picardy and Normandy), also South-East France but he rather looks like very general French. I can add that his style of beard makes him look strikingly French.

just happend to look back on some threads and he didn't even seem familiar in that hair style but I still wanted to look him up.

His name is Mathieu Tota, and he's half Polish, half French. But I still think that he looks pretty French.
