I am new to this forum, and recently got interest in genetics and anthropology.
Users here know a lot about their phenotype and ethnic group and i would like to know mine.

My background: a Pakistani Shia muslim. My great grandparents emigrated from India (lucknow region).
Anyway, in pakistan my people are called "muhajir" (immigrant)

I want to know what my routes are..
Which "service" is the best for a south asian? From this forum I learned about "eurogene projecT" would it work for a south asian?

nice to have you here. yes i recommend 23andme and then do further analysis with gedmatch and mcdonald because 23andme will only tell you that you are fully southasian but will not break it up into regions or ethnic groups.
