Sure, she can blend in N. Italy, for certain - N. Italy is hardly "N. Europe" in many aspects. Her facial characteristics are more southern, I think, but she could pass in parts of Central Europe and the Balkans.

She overlaps with many people from populations in either direction (North, South, West) in Europe, but not that far away from Sicilia.

In my opinion, she could pass (not necessarily being typical) anywhere from Greece and other Balkan countries, to Spain/Portugal and British Islands. Her features are typically found in Central and southern European countries, so I don't think that she would pass in northern Europe (except maybe in British Islands, where is more common to find ethnic British with southern or Central European-like appearance), and exception made of British Islands, she would not pass much more northern than the Alps (at most in Southern Germany).

Resuming, she would pass anywhere in Southern and Central Europe, and to a less extent in British Islands, and she would NOT pass either in Northern Europe (exception made of British Islands), nor in Slavic countries.
