Sorry about the not-so-good photo, but it's the only one I have. He was dutch, blue-eyed.

Looks Borreby but the quality of the photo sucks. Is he from Holambra?

No. He lived on the northeast of Brazil, and was an ancestor of the dutch invasion of that region.

Aren't the Dutch from NE Brazil mixed by now? I guess the only place you can find a preserved Dutch community in South America is in the countryside of São Paulo.

Yes, they are mixed, but course there are (or... were) exceptions. In the northeast we can still find some few very preserved dutch people.
