I need new TV, I'm not really good with money to buy those Full HD, those are my options:
VIVAX IMAGO 32" LCD TV-32S40, DVB-T, MPEG2 240 Euros

32"82 cm, LCD, 1366x768, 3000:1, frequency, analog, DVB T, S-Video, Component, SCART, HDMI, PC audio, USB
TV LG LED 26" 26LN457B 307 Euroshttp://zaslike.com/files/o9mw0jrlbtiemyuoten2.jpg
26"66cm, LED TV, 1365x768 px, 100 Hz, Analog, DVB T/C, RF, CI, SD, HDMI, Composite, SCART, Headphone, USB, speakers 1 Way
I do not know too much about TVs. I would of course rather buy this cheaper, and second one only if it's really noticeably much better.
Thoughts from someone who is good in this?

Are the same TVs that are available in America also available in Europe? If not, I can't recommend anything and don't want to blow smoke up your ass.

LED VS LCD TVS
LED and LCD – what’s the difference? It’s a question we hear a lot from budding home theater shoppers. Blame the acronyms. While yesterday’s consumers had to make a simple choice between CRT and rear-projection television sets, today’s consumers are confronted with plasma, LCD, DLP, OLED, and laser televisions. And now, the age-old term LED has been stirred into the mix. Let’s take a look at what those three magic letters mean, how they apply to televisions, and why you might want to consider buying one.
