^Can he pass outside Polska? I honestly don't see him as anything, but Polish. Even though, he is not typical for Poland. Rather common look I'd say.

Yes, he could fit in Romania (northern Romania, maybe?? ) and I'd say he could also fit in Belarus.

what part of romania? because the romanians here from bukovina (north romania) do not look like that. and obviously south romanians look even more different.
