Can these two Italian Americans pass for British?

Caroline Manzo and Chris Laurita -- they are siblings and on Real Housewives of New Jersey. They are I think, of Apulian background ? I know Laurita's wife Jacqueline, in the last picture, is half Sicilian half Austrian and I have posted her a number of times.

I just have noticed that the woman has a weird left eye - at the edge of one side it is green and the rest blue. I never see that.

Yeah it does, cuz she's a badass woman :cool:. But there must have been a reason as to why she said that, plus they don't strike me as italian looking. Not pigmentation but features.
