I've 'went back' to the Sims 2. If some of you remember last year I posted a lot of pictures from my Sims 3 game. I actually prefer TS2 because I feel more attached to the characters and I can get their faces more precise and realistic.

I stopped playing TS3 since I found they resemble pudding compared to TS2. Pretty, but pudding still. :D

Epic, LOL! Sims genetics can be ruthless, I tell you that even if the Sims are not made ugly. Some kids just turn out "special" looking.

It's easy to screw it up with mods, aye. I did the same with my 'hood. Also, I did not like that there was only a limit of 150 people before the game slows down dramatically and that does include NPCs animals and others. I have nearly 1000 people in my Sims 2 mega neighborhood. It is easy to mess up, if you delete Sims or something. I do like open neighborhood but come rain or snow or fog... lag. You are more benevolent than I am with the NPCs, I just killed them all. XD

Here is one of my favorite Sims--- Alesya; I have her in the Sims 3 as well. She is a character I came up with in my mind and I was happy she looked similar in both games despite the different mechanisms. She's always the friendliest Sim I play and it always reflects in the way she acts in the game though I am aware it is a string of codes and all... but hey! I get attached to characters easily.

Another realistic Sim here; I like to make the people look as realistic as possible though I realize sometimes they look weird in game but it's because I tweak their faces so much in Bodyshop. I know Pontios pointed that out but mine do look better than the original face templates the game game with... and those do not even look like human beings. Another thing I wanted to point out is I use a lot of custom content to give more depth of the faces so a lot of the shadows that looked alright when the Sims face was inanimate may not look the same in game. But of course then I am too lazy to change the makeup.

He doesn't want to tell her her home abode looks like a Sanrio store exploded. But what he didn't tell her he is secretly a bronie (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=bronie). So French weeaboo + Belorussian bronie = kawaii friends!

Yes, I have three. Two were made by others, and one I made myself.

Crying, or pensive? You decide. The facial animations are way more advanced than the Sims 3 despite the game being at least 5 years younger. I take it the developers forsake the more personal details, otherwise what really made me attached to the game for the sake of beautiful scenery. You actually can have really good looking backdrops if you download replacement textures and recolors; it just takes a bit of internet detective work or skills in Photoshop or some other editing software. Almost every aspect of the game is customizable to the point where everyone can find something they want for it.

Pretty good, I suck at decorating.

Thank you. But it does take a long time for the game to load with all the files. It takes about an hour for me to get into the first household during any said playing session. This is after I compressed half of the files. :picard1: But then again it's worth it to have a selection of stuff to decorate with.

Aqua, teal, turquoise anything in that color family is so appealing to me. Maybe because it is my birthstone (aqua) but it is so calming to look at. I would love my own bedroom to be that color some day.

I realized not much changed since I began playing in 2005, most of my Sims are Russian and I tend towards bright, eye popping interiors. I made an uploaded Vladimir Putin on the Sims 2 exchange back when it was around, LOL.
