No it isn't the truth. North Italians can't have brown skin, South Italians can but only because of their foreign admixture. Greeks either have the normal white skin, of Central and Northern Europe, or a brunet-White (Olive). Some may be able to tan to light brown. But that isn't their unexposed skin color.

Okay, for the last time, you have no proof this guy is a Sicilian, I also said South Italians could be brown skinned because of their foreign admixture, (Though not often) but this guy is probably just tanned, his unexposed skin color is most likely olive.

They look like quadroons, so I guess I was wrong, but I read somewhere that the Beja were mostly Negroid, I guess it was inaccurate.

They look FAR less caucasoid than Somalis (especially those from Punt region). Also the caucasoid element is not Cushitic but looks related to the one found in Egyptians.
