So the actual snake and it's head was alive? I can't imagine how much terrible it must have been to be decapitated like that and still live for a short moment AND to bite its own body.... :(


Poor snake to suffer(?) from such a brutal death. :(


I can't say I'm still too fond of those very poisonous ones however. The wild ones who live here in Sweden are fine though, only poisonous species-one is not-so-dangerous at all so they aren't too bad seeing how many rats and other things they eat. :wink

This so horrible. To kill such a beautiful creature. I'd pay good money to watch a video of the guy who did this being decapitated. :mad:

Not that particular species, but several others indigenous to Africa. I used to catch snakes in the bush as a hobby. Nice to grab them by the neck. :)

I once crushed the head of an Egyptian cobra that sailed into my workplace. But I felt sorry afterwards.
