She looks Turkic. She would be fit in Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria or Turkey, but not in the Baltic states. She is Turanid with Uralid and East-Med + dyed blond hair (you can see in some picture the root of the hair is brown withot transition) and plucked eyebrow.
