This to me is proof or extremely good evidence sardine people have been geneticalley isolated since the Neloithic age probably 6,000-7,000 years. Thei globe13 tests differ alot from all Europeans but are the most similar to Neolithic samples.

globe13 test Sardine
Med=71
North Euro aka Paleolithic Euro= 16.1
South west Asian=8.7
west asian=4.1
Paleo African=0.1

Otzie the ice man 5,300 year old farmer from alsp Italy. His Y DNA was G2a2a2 L91 his mtDNA K1f.
Med=59.3
North Euro aka Paleolithic Euro=13.6
South west asian=15.9
west Asian=6
East Afro=2.4
East asian=1.3
Austrliasian meaning mainly around Australia and papaue new Gunie=1.3

Gok4 5,000 year old farmer from south Swedan
Med=64.2
North Euro aka Paleolithic Euro=26.1
South west asian=7.6

There was a bunch of studies to see who Otzie's closest modern relatives are. They concluded that Sardinian people are defintley his closest living relatives. click here (http://www.livescience.com/24667-iceman-mummy-otzi-closest-relatives.html) to see some explanations. Aust group in the globe 13 test med is dominate in those two Neolithic Europeans even though one was from Italy and the other from Sweden. Med group in Europe would have spread with farming in the Neolithic age which in Europe spread from Anatolia to Greece about 9,000ybp most Europeans were farmers by 6,000ybp. Med is also popular in other Caucasins around the mid east and north africa it defintley did not originate in Europe. The extremley low amounts of med in Mesloithic European hunter gathers in a way proves that med arrived in Europe with farming. In Europe besides sardine people med is most popular west of Poland Were it ranges fro about 33-45% in Iberia it is its highest at around 50%. East of Germany it is uselly under 30%. In southern and central Sweden and Norway it is about 25-35% but in Finland and most of Russia it is under 15%. Sardine people have much diff aust DNA percenatges than inland Italians very very diff. This shows Sardine are a seprate people from Italians. Their aust is very diff from al Euro's period they dont fit in any of the basic ranges or areas of Europe with aust dna they are like their own seperate group. This probably means they have been isolated from inter marriage since they have so much med which like is aid probably came in the Neolithic means they have alot of Neolithic ancestry. sardine people defintley have been isolated from inter marriage since the Neolithic age they are probably about 100% fom the people group taht spread farming acroos Europe from 9,000-6,000ybp.

Y DNa is shows even more evidence sardine have been genetically isolated since the Neolithic and dont fit in any major groups of Europeans mainly because they have such low amounts of major Indo European Y DNA haplogroups in Europe R1b L51-L11 and R1a Z282 and R1a M417 which take up combined almost 50% of European Y DNA. In tests done on Sardine Y DNA so far they have 37.5% I2a1a M26 and 12% G2a with only 15% R1b which is mainly from Italic(Indo Euro language) inter marriage and 1% R1a. Overall there are 31 Y DNa samples from Neloithic west Europe 24 had G2a P15(one G2a3 L30), 4 had I2a1a M26, one E1b V13, and two possible F* M89 or one of their descendants Besides Sardine I2a1a is highest in basque of Spaina nd France at only 10-15% it is extremely unpopular in west Europe which is the only area it is found in actulley pretty much only France, Spain, Alps and Italy. Also G2a is very rare it is highest around the Alps and Italy but uselly less than 10% in even those areas. So Sardine Male lineages are very diff fom other Europeans they have ery high amounts of Y DNa which has been found in Neloithic west Europe. I2a1a is probably from the native Mesloithic-Paloithic west Europeans it was invaded and combined with G2a, E1b1b V13, and possibly some J2 and J1.

Sami and Finnish people

Map of the diffusion of farming in Europe made by eupedia. It goes until 3,800bc aka 5,800ybp as you can see it only hits far southern Scandinavia so they stayed as hunter gathers and unmixed for a very long time.

In aust DNA i am going to go with the globe13 test. Finnish and Sami people have the highest amount of a group they call North Euro they have over 70%. North Eur is in all of Europe it is most popular east of Germay and north of Romania. So some tests call alleles they find in aust chromosomes that are distrusted the same way north east European or Atlantic Baltic. North Euro is the only aust dna group only found in Europeans. The only other people wh have from what i have seen are Indo Iranian speakers and central Asians who live in areas that sued to be ruled by Indo Iranian speakers. probably because they migrated out of Russia and remains of bronze age indo Iranian cultures in central Asia had pale skin(with same genes as Europeans) and mainly blonde hair. So north Euro is the only group that originated in Europe. All tests i have seen say it is the group that makes Europeans European and its from Paleolithic Europe its ancestral form probably arrived from the near east over 30,000ybp. So i bet the reason why it is most popular east of Germany and north of Romania is because they are farthest away from non European inter marriage and becae farmers later or inter married with farmers less. Finnish and Sami are in the most northern area in Europe and eastern Scandinavia they are extremley far away from non European inter arriage and their ancestors were far away from inter marring with farmers.

Here is the globe13 aust dna results of three mesloithic European hunter gathers and moder Sami and Finnish people.

La Brana 7,000 year old Mesolithic hunter gather from northern Spain. His mtDN haplogroup was U5b2c1 he most likely had Y DNA I2a1a M26.
Med=24.8
North Euro=71.9
Paloeo African=3.2

Ajv52 5,000 year old Mesloithic hunter gather from south Swedan
Med=10.
North Euro=79.1
Ameridana aka Native American=3.
Paleao African=2.9
west African=1.7

Ajv70 5,000 year old Mesloithic hunter gther from south Swedan
Med=5.8
North Euro=85.8
Austrliasian=3.1
West African =1.7

Modern Finnish people. there were no results for Sami people
med=9.8
North Euro=78.4
south west asian=4.8
Artic=1.2
Siberian=5.6

Overall Finnish have the highest amount of North Euro in all of Europe. The Siberian and Arctic came with Y DNa N1c1, Uralic languages, and Kunda culture 7,000-8,000ybp. Southwest asian trends to be more popular in eastern Europe so that could be why they had 4.2%. So this means Finnish have the highest amount of North Euro which is from Paleolithic Europe. Here (http://fennoscandia.blogspot.no/2013/05/la-brana-and-modern-european-variation.html) is a link which explains how Finnish are very closely rested to 7,000 year old Mesolithic hunter gather from north spain. Here (http://fennoscandia.blogspot.com/2013/06/la-brana-and-saamis-ii.html) is a link which explains how Sami are very related to the same hunter gather. I cant find the links but i do rember reading that Sami are the closest relatives to 5,000 year old Mesolithic hunter gathers from south Swedan. I think it is clear Sami and Finnish are the closest living relatives to Mesolithic and Paloithic Europeans a Cro magno. This also makes them the most European out of all Europeans.

The Sardine and sami-Finnish represent two major people groups in European history and ancestry. The hunter gathers and farmers were coexisting in Europe for over 3,000 years. Ancient DNA has shown they were not just two people with two diff lifestyles genetically they were very different and for most of the time stayed unmixed. There is still alot to learn about it. I guess eventulley the hunter gathers and farmers mixed into one farming group which is were the rest of Europeans come from. But that is to simple i am sure not all hunter gathers and farmers were just like the ancient DNA we have. Also not all Hunter gathers would look like Sami-Finnish and not all farmers would look like Sardine people. Since the European hunter gather family was so old they probably had diff physical features but in their aust DNA and other types of DNA were the same. Alot of times i dont understand aust dna percentages according to them north euro is what makes Europeans European. That means most Europeans are only about 50% European. Then why do all Europeans have pale skin which would comes from their Paleolithic ancestors and why do Germans who have only about 59% north Eur have over 40% blonde hair which defintley does not come from non Europeans. I think med might be a mix of groups and that most of those farmers med and most of mod euro's med is mainly from a european mix.
