I agree with Barberis for the classification.

They look pretty different from the Chileans I've seen. Very European looking as opposed to the Amerindian-influenced I've seen.

Matthei is probably of German descent because her surname originates there (looked it up). Bachelet is of French origins I think, she has a pretty French sounding surname.
