This is the case in every society on Earth, the darker the population the more prone to criminality and economic failure they are (with the exception of Indid immigrants in the West where prosperity is dictated both by pigmentation and religion with both lighter-skinned South-Asian immigrants, and Hindu and Sikh South-Asian immigrants, out-performing darker-skinned or Muslim South-Asian immigrants in the West [with the sole exception of the USA which attracts the Indian -typically lighter-skinned- Muslim elite rather than the typical South-Asian emigrant]).

For this reason is there something to be said for "the Wisdom of the Ancients?"

Is it time to introduce a caste system in the West?

I propose the caste system should be divided as follows;

First Tier (Elite); North-East Asians, Fair-Skinned Caucasians (Including European Jews)
Second Tier (Adminstration); Mid-Skinned Caucasians (eg North Indians, Pakistanis, Many Middle-Easterners), South-East Asians, Native Americans
Third Tier (Workers); Negros, Dark-Skinned Indids
Fourth Tier (Untouchables); Bangladeshis, Somalis etc

Not really. The Romans were an ethnic group that is now extinct. South Italy/Sicily were conquered by the Romans, but they were never ethnically Roman.

Not true.
The Romans conquered Sicily militarily, but they never settled en masse, just like they didn't settle much in Britain, France, Romania, Spain etc. Nearly 3/4 of Sicily spoke Greek until the Moors arrived, although a Romance language did evolve into Sicilian.

There's a better chance of Italic ancestry from the Sikels but actual Roman ancestry is probably in the single digits.

And no, the west (nor any part of the world) should not put in place a caste system.
