Looks like a Hazara from Afghanistan.

Absolutely no Mongoloid visible in him. Probably a Turkified Tajik. Looks proper North Iranid. Can pass in South-Eastern Europe.

He doesn't look "ching chong asian" either, he has loads of facial hair.
He looks pretty similar to Mongolian Kazakhs tbh.
