You can in Serbia too, but only in speciality stores. Besides some well known foreign beers from western/central europe, the only non-Serbian very available is Nikshicko, in Serbia proper anyway (Kosovo is different entirely). I guess Bosnia is on similar footing.

Most popular Bosnia beers are Sarajevsko, Tuzlansko and Nektar, but you can buy Croatia beers like Karlovacko or Ozujsko, Serbian as Jelen, but also Heineken is very popular.

one ethnic group can easily become a couple of nations :) when foreign interests are working on there plans
