Hello to everyone. I found this forum mentioned on one of the other forums that I look at.

I am a father of two. My daughter is 7 and my son is 4. We live in Salt lake City, where it is currently very snowy. I am orginally from rural southeastern Indiana (Jennings County) and before moving to Utah I've lived in Kentucky, North Carolina, and Virginia.

I am of German and English ancestry, with a bit of Scottish as well. I am very interested in the preservation of European heritage, particularly that of Northern Europe.

So what's your user name mean?
It is the surname of a gentleman (now deceased) whom I once met back in the late 1970s and who influenced a number of my views and ideas, whether for good (my opinion) or evil (the opinion of some others). Anyway, this is just my way of honoring his memory.
