He is a real sicilian, he was living in Italy and did not speak english when he came to the US.

They exist... I could show you pictures. Not saying he's typical but he's certainly not rare. He's only tan, anyway.. his facial features aren't odd.

There are many Italian Americans like him too.

Cypriots look very "non-Sicilian"? I think they are one of the closest looking populations to them, actually.

Can someone explain to me what about his features specifically looks odd?
