There's nothing South Asian about them. They look like Arabians with Ethiopian influence more than anything else.

If you think they look Pakistani then you aren't looking closely enough at the features. Pakistanis have Iranid influence.

Africa like everyone else. But I'm assuming yo meant something else. Semitic languages had their highest historical diversity in Mesopotamia, not Arabia. So we can assume the urheimat of Semites is not Arabia.
