I wonder about the % of Algerians bearing those phenotypes, because when they're shown on TV they look mostly like this:

the majority of "pied-noirs" left Algeria long time ago ... , but you can find some families in algeria with french ancestry ...

Nordoid strains are also present in certain tribes (Kabyles) and there are strong European-like elements in the general population.

What do you find uncommon in the posted pictures since they don't look "french" to me ?

Nr 10 is the most prettiest but she looks completely European (like many girls in the first post, apart from 1 or 2 girls, all of them look very European, I never knew that Algerians on average look completely European.) she could fit in Eastern Euro / Baltic region.

Well , since it's a fashion event , they may be not the best representative of the general population , but their pheneotype is very present in algeria , so saying that it's 2 different ethnic groups is absurd ...

maybe some of the other girls could pass in Mexico as people from the "high class" (most european)
