Today in Rijeka is officially opened monument in honor of Bosniaks who died in Croatia Army during war of independence (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Croatian_War_of_Independence), with names of 27(more two names will be made later) dead Bosniaks from Primorsko-goranska district.
Monument was made near mosque in Rijeka, I must notice that this mosque is really pinnacle of modern architecturehttp://www.zaslike.com/files/egk8xmdi4o2v9nb8fwn9.jpg

I have only one suggestion, there should be golden lilies, our national symbol.

In Zagreb there is also monument with same purpose:

Bosniaks, with estimated number of 30 000 - 40 000 of them are third(after Croats and Serbs) most numerous ethnic group in Croatia, and after Croats they were most numerous ethnic group in Croatia army.
They are considered as best integrated minority in Croatia society.

Croats are very generous...

Relationships between Croats and Bosniaks are very complicated.
ICTY declared that Croatia did military aggression on Bosnia during nintines, we actually declared independence because in other case we would be forced to go in Croatia as soldiers of Yugoslavia Army and fight for just great Serbia purpose, so we also were attacked by Serbs(not like they would not do that sooner or later anyway).
At first we together with Croats fought against Serbs, than at one moment Croats decided to also try to use our difficult position and take some parts of Bosnia for themselves, and at the end of war it was again Croats and Bosniaks together against Serbs.
But there was always I would say pretty numerous pro Bosnia movement among Croats and current Croatia president is a cool man, I hope for better and better relationship in future between two nations.

Today I was talking with a military friend who was in Bosnia and told me that when the war was over, a Croat tried to enter in a disco in the Bosnian quarter. They denied him to entry because was drunk, and the men left and returned later carrying a grenade launcher, shot (WTF!!!!!!!) and failed. The Bosnians went out from the disco and lynched him there.

That story was pretty funny up until the end. I've never heard of someone being lynched in Bosnia. If they wanted to kill him I would have thought they would use a gun.

Not all histories have an awful end (though he was not killed), my friend also told me how they imposed discipline in the distribution of food in a Bosnian town controlled by a guerrilla leader. Some days ago the Ukranian soldiers had had problems with the people of that town, even crossfire, especially because they misunderstood the Muslim customs while frisking woman, or at houses with dogs. When the Spanish were distributing the food, people tried to assault the truck and Spanish soldiers fired in the air to scatter them, and there was a great tension. So they decided to bring in an expert on Muslim customs from the Spanish army to meet with the Bosnian leader, and they were talking about 30 minutes. Next day, surprisingly the Bosnians were taking the food lined up in a educated way. What the expert had told him? Basically, that in a Croatian town where the Spaniards were also distributing food, people took the food in a ordenated way and these people also mocked about how Bosnian Muslims were too cubbish for it. The 25 remaining minutes, the Spanish expert on Muslim customs and the Bosnian leader were smoking waterpipe and drinking tea while talking of football.

It's logical in such context to frisk both men and woman looking for weapons, it's regulation.

You must be a very paranoid bugger to think Empecinado is trying to portray Bosniaks (I thought you hated the term "Muslim"?) in a certain way. Just because you don't want to believe it doesn't mean it isn't true. Everyone has their own preferences. Maybe this guy likes tea? Maybe there was no coffee? Maybe he was trying to be hospitable?

I used muslim since he is describing a muslim, not a Bosniak.

NO MAN DRINKED TEA, NO ONE SMOKED WATERPIPES, AND NO ONE CARED ABOUT "ISLAMIC EXPERTS" unless he talked to mujahideens or members of 7th muslim brigade.
