Born into a culture dominated by religious thought and culture for centuries, many atheists continue to be religious in certain aspects, like the way they regards who they are.
When ultra-orthodox study scientific psychology in universities, they are told by Rabbis the soul "sticks on the brain" for the simple reason scientific and medical (http://www.amazon.com/Into-Silent-Land-Travels-Neuropsychology/dp/1843540347)findings do not support the idea of a singular ego or soul, but rather something much more similar to bundle theory (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bundle_theory). The ultra-orthodox physicist and neuroscience professor Haim Sompolinsky (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d35nFvb1Wh4) has gave up on the dogmas of a soul and free will.
Anyways, I'ts a beautiful docu (I see it was already posted here, but see this post as an invitation to a conversation).
