He's hardly Polish looking and give some off- Polish Slavic vibes maybe that's why. Far from typical even for South-Eastern Poland where he's from.

I think atypical are his features, more than pigmentation or both?

Many Poles from SE Poland look like standard Poles, btw. They don't have actually strong regional look, like Krakowians often do. I will put a pics of Poles from Debica, Southeastern Poland on teh Poles thread later.

Eyes are atypical for Poland, but there is nothing remotely close to exotic in his appearance.

Do you find Łukasz Perłowski typical? He strikes me as rather distant, but you can find similar looking people in many places - here where I live also.

No, he's not typical. He has too much Dinarid vibe. I would place him in Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia before Albania. Doesn't strike me as Albanian looking.
