I'm ambidextrous but not 100%. Right hand is better than left. What oh what does it mean? Am I an idiot savant?

I posted it as a follow-up to this post (http://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?93520-Lefty-or-Righty-Genes-for-Handedness-Found). Apparently they've found the genes that contribute to left-handedness.
