It's an unfair question. Chemtrails are not the same as weather modification devices, which do exist. Even in South Africa there was a weather modification system in dry areas, with planes seeding clouds with dry ice in order to affect precipitation.

oh and why would persistant skylines be proof of disperesed chemicals? If anything its the ones that dissipate quickly that are "proof"... :p
