po ky ka Cromagnid sigurt, at slik nuk ka qen mir me klassifiku. edhe duket mu si ky ka edhe Dinaric me Nordid dhe CM

First guy looks robust Norid/Dinarid with stronger Nordoid tendency. Looks a bit Irano-Nordoid?

Second guy simply Norid.

And the last soldier with the binoculars looks Norid with cromagniform tendencies.

I do not know about the '' yugoslav'' look, but nr 1 and nr 4 are stereotypical Mountain Gheg types, and more or less common. Maybe nr 3 is more '' yugoslav'' or better say slavic because he is East Nordid.

I think it is still a matter of discussion... not just because I2a2 in yugoslavs has been proved to come with slavs in Balkans, since it was created in Ukraine 2,500 years go, but in a topic in which Stefan Dushan created, he threw the theory that I2a2 came with noble croat and serbian families in Balkans... let't not forget also that goths and celts settled a lot in land of todays croatia, bosnia, northern serbia.

Vlach: term used by Slavs to denote Romance speakers (if by that you mean Thraco-Romans, or proto-Romanians, they had zero Italic blood).
Slavic, sure. We all have lots of Slavic blood. Even I look Slavic:) But the great majority is totaly un-Slavic looking.
Iranid: none
Finnic: a little bit via Slavs
Turkic: almost non-existent in Yugoslavs. Much more existent in Romanians and Bulgarians...
